now what an interesting thought, a roomful of photographers let loose and the results (anonymous) printed and hung in the room they were taken. and then pictures of that, the photographs in the place they were made, like reflections. did I take that? did you? the similarities, the differences, all the ways the photographs could be arranged.
(re: ice cold foreign muck. the coldness masks the lack of taste, and makes it quite almost like drinking water. I'm partial to guinness, or similar things, but would just as soon a glass of wine. though in a pub it might be different. I imagine the atmosphere helps. here I think the focus is just to drink as quickly as possible to get as sloshed as possible. appreciation of more robust sorts of drinks doesn't come into play in that sort of situation.)
Give two photographers exactly the same subject and you're sure to get two different pictures.

beautiful shot...love the lighting. something very comforting about it and i don't even like beer. it sets the scene for laughter and story telling.
